My AOR is Nov 29,2023. No updates since Jan 2 to notify test completed. And even no ghost update since then. Someone else is in the same boat?

I am, kind of, my test and BG finally updated to completed after taking the test early February, but what concerns me is that the additional information request, which I responded to mid-December is still showing "waiting on you" status on the tracker. I did submit an inquiry recently to confirm that the additional info was added to my application but haven't heard back yet. which office is processing your application? mine is Sydney and from what I hear, they're notorious for being slow and inefficient.

Gave fingerprints on Jan 18th, however BG still in progress / FP not received. Is this normal? It's been over 40 days. Should I check with RCMP?

I’d check with RCMP, they’ll let you know when they mailed your fingerprints to IRCC. When you call make sure have your DCN. I submitted my FP on Feb 9 and I was able to call them and they told me they mailed it on Feb 20, IRCC according to tracker received them on Feb 26.

My fingerprint report waamailed out on Feb 20 too. But no update on the tracker yet! Interesting.
