I searched google but it is giving multiple options.

Documents to be submitted with passports require pictures and appendix A, what is Appendix A and where can I find it?

I called for the 5th time today, AOR Nov 14,2023
my work permit extension application was submitted on Feb 28th, no update on that. It has been more than 99 days ( on website that is a processing time)
for my PR still on BG check , security hasn’t started. They told me to just wait. VO is Edmonton. CEC under healthcare category.

Did you order GCMS notes and see the reason for the delay beyond the normal processing timeline?

I would suggest you do that otherwise are you from one of those countries IRCC considers as high risk or do you or your partner have military backgrounds?

Apendex A is in your RFV, it is not a form, it is the list of items + instructions. Print your RFV!

Hello, yes did that and have submitted the passports.
Basically VFS Pakistan has an item listed in the documents required as Appendix A by IRCC. This item is in addition to the passport request letter. So that's why I was confused.
But ended up figuring it out and successfully submitted it on Thursday.

I really need some opinions on my situation because I'm quite confused. Application submitted: November , 2023 (8 months post-AOR OUTLAND) ,All parameters completed on tracker since March 2024 after a remedical request which was done immediately and passed on Gckey . Since then, I've been expecting a PPR request, but there has been no update, it's just been absolute silence with no idea of what is going on . I called IRCC and was informed that criminality is in progress. Up till this moment my tracker is still all completed .

Meanwhile i had requested for Gcms notes and criminality has been passed as at February 2024.
Recently i found out that there is a bring forward date on my application for 30th June but this date has passed.
PVO -Vancover and SVO - CIO

Does anyone have any insights or advice on this? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Paste your GCMS notes(anonymize personal info) the "Thank you Legalfalcon" thread, they are the one who can help the best.

About the bring forward date, that's a prerogative of your case processing officer on whether they want to honor it or not.
