Is calling IRCC helpline once in a month OK ? Or they get annoyed ? An immigration consultant commented in a social media post by someone saying calling IRCC can make the case complicated, my question is what’s the use of helpline then if calling them complicates the case ?
Any inputs from the folks on this thread about this question b

That immigration consultant is lying.

Calling IRCC has no impact on your application. It can/it does annoy IRCC support staff to receive a large number of calls that aren't necessary. But calling them won't harm your application. You can call them everyday fwiw and will have zero impact.

I received a request to submit background declaration form is it normal procedure or should I be worried about it. Can someone tell me is it normal or it’s something to be worried about ?

Hello, need a little guidance.
In my GCkey portal I have received a "Correspondence Letter" it mentions pre-arrival services. And I can see final decision date as 21st June. I am an outland applicant.
There is no email for passport submission.

Can anyone guide me what is correspondence letter?

Good news, finally! Congratulations. You will soon receive further instructions for passport submission.

Is correspondence letter something they send before passport submission request?

Yes sometimes they do. But most importantly it means your application is approved.

Holding my breath still don't know when they will send passport request. Given that it will be 7 months since AOR I think I'm just so apprehensive about further delay that this correspondence letter has just confused me more.

Yes same here, no news hoping for the best! But in my opinion it's a good sign for you.
