Mine everything is completed on Feb 26 but on tracker no copr number

I don't know why my background check is taking so long. In tracker it shows "in-progress" whereas in the GCkey portal it still says "Not Applicable."

Medicals passed 20th Feb 2024
Background check goodness knows what is uppppppp!!!!

I have one dependent. Someone I know who is a single applicant had same ITA and their AOR was 6th Dec, their medicals passed on the same date as me and on the same day they got their final decision. Sigh don't know what variables contribute to long processing of Background check

Same here, stucked at BGV since 24 Jan. No update after that. What is your stream?

Called IRCC today , had tech issues at first but tried again , got a really nice agent that put in a request for me and I got portal 1 request in 2hrs. Have sent email and waiting for further instructions.

Was waiting for portal 2 but then read email again yesterday where it states please provide height and eye colour too , emailed again with that info added and still waiting for portal 2. I hope 2 emails are not gonna be a problem.
