I understand all that but we should criticize the fact that they are sending out ADRs after completing eligibility on the tracker. It seems so counterproductive and wrong. Just because we are immigrating doesn't mean that this is a right thing to do. It also doesn't imply our documents are wrong. However, completing eligibility on the tracker and then asking for ADRs is unncessary anxiety for applicants. I'm not the only one who feels that way.The ADR itself isn't a bad thing. IRCC handles applications in the most fair way possible. Remember you applied because they have opened this door and they do need immigrants in Canada. And if they were going to make it hard for applicants they can just go ahead and close the door from the beginning and not bother handling files and wasting money on jobs and agents etc etc.
If you have nothing to worry about, nothing to hide, your documents are in order and available to be presented if requested, your request for sure will not be denied.
Even if they are about to deny your request, they give you another chance via procedure fairness letter to add more information or to confirm stuff just to give you the opportunity to be fairly heard.
@ersandee specificially mentioned it was relating to job.ADR might be required for background check as well, such as military records or thesis. That's normal and we should be ready for it.

It's not the point. The point is completed eligibility doesn't mean anything regarding possibility of ADRs.@ersandee specificially mentioned it was relating to job.
Dependents eligibility usually stay like that so i would not worryEverything on my tracker moved to completed today but my dependents still show not started for eligibility. Should be worried?
I do understand your feelings for sure but the agents have a responsibility and a due diligence to do making sure everything is correct. It may be frustrating yes but IRCC is not about feelings, It's about making sure getting you here in the correct way.I understand all that but we should criticize the fact that they are sending out ADRs after completing eligibility on the tracker. Hmm. I thought background checks were mostly about criminality and security. I guess we learn something new everyday. It's not the point. The point is completed eligibility doesn't mean anything regarding possibility of ADRs.
Moreover, job is also part of background check, not only eligibility.
I avoided it. Here we have a thing called as "Soutien de famille". I told them this in LOE too. So if you are a son of a deceased father and live with your mother (which was my case) then you can avoid it. And I get your point about everything you are trying to say. But they should keep the eligibility "in progress" instead of "completed". In this way you avoid giving applicants false hope. Sorry but I can't be convinced that sending ADRs related to employment after eligibility passed is an acceptable thing. Don't complete our eligibility until you're fully satisfied!@algerianboy for example I see you are from Algeria, I see many Algerian people getting ADRs for the military duty (service militaire). You should be prepared for that and have your documents ready for that stuff.
