So I called IRCC and got to know that my PVO is Montreal, SVO Sydney. I searched about it and found out that it is a very slow office. An agent (who was actually a very nice lady to talk to) also told me that my eligibility hasn’t started yet. Anybody with PVO Montreal?

As I did upfront medicals, I download it before submitting my application, but in the case where the medicals were done after AOR, in my opinion the correct way would be to raise a webform in IRCC website to inform them that you did the medical exam.
I hope someone with no upfront medicals and same case would explain better !
I received medical instructions on the 22nd of January, did medical exam on the 25th, i didn’t send any documents to the IRCC, got Medical passed on the 31st of January. You don’t have to raise a webform, the doctor sends the results directly to the IRCC.

There are entire threads on VOs. Check them out. Do note that VOs can change from time to time. For example, if your application has translated docs, you can expect to be sent to RROC.

Hi guys,

So we just received our BIL and medical request.

My husband has diabetes and hypertension for which he takes medication.
The letter states if there is any preexisting medical condition we should bring prescription or medical report if any.
Can anyone here who had diabetes please guide me if I need to take his medicine prescription along? And what else to take with us since he has preexisting medical condition?
Would truly appreciate the guidance.

My application details:
FSW-O
AOR 28th Nov 2023
BIL/Medical call 31st January 2024
No other update yet.

Recommended that you check with panel physician what all documents they would need for pre existing conditions

I'm diabetic. I went to the panel physician with my prescription. Do the same with hypertension.

I declared me being diabetic to my panel physician separately. They asked me if I take medicines, I told them that while I was prescribed medicines, I was able to maintain through workouts and they were fine.

Take your husband's diabetes prescription and inform panel physician when you meet them too.
