Oath scheduled in Person on August 14th
In the Oath email invitation, only in the email message showing you are invited to IN-PERSON. There is only one attached pdf file OATH OR AFFIRMATION OF CITIZENSHIP, including the seat number only, where I can find the location and the time? there is no address in the pdf file as well as in the email message.
Can you please advise where I can find the date?

Should I sign the OATH OR AFFIRMATION OF CITIZENSHIP form and send it back by email in the form showing return to: IRCC Kitchener ? or I can share during the oath day?

Where can I find the notice to appear?
What is the personal release and consent form, they asked me to bring both and there are no additional attachments?

Congratulations!! I think in our Kitchener VO thread I saw some who have Aug 14th as oath ceremony has the same in person but they said its actually virtual only. Try posting there and see. When did you receive the test email, was it on July 22 saturday?

Congratulations!! I think in our Kitchener VO thread I saw some who have Aug 14th as oath ceremony has the same in person but they said its actually virtual only. Try posting there and see. When did you receive the test email, was it on July 22 saturday?

Try calling Client support: 1-888-242-2000 and see if they can give more insights or try calling IRCC at around 1pm or so (that's when they usually answer the phone)

WOW, Just received another email now includes notice to appear and consent release form, it's in person in Kitchener

Yup. Similar situation here, filed application and gave test a few days after you did though. Paper application, Scarborough office. Just radio silence the test completion got updated.

Any idea if ordering GCMS notes will help? I'm thinking of ordering them nonetheless, been 7 months and frustrating to see other people get done in 4-5 months.

Same timeline Scarborough office ,gave test March 30th, fingerprints received April 11, background completed April 13 after that no change...completely frozen

So now since I am on the last leg of my citizenship application and LPP is completed, I was wondering if I should wait a month or so to apply Super visa for my parents. Couple of points below:
1) PR expiry in Aug End
2) LPP Completed so Oath may be after a month, then certificate then apply for Canadian passport.

Should I wait for this process to be over or I should go ahead and apply before PR expiry? What is advisable? And my PR may expire while their super visa is in process.

No need to wait for Citizenship process to complete... You can apply for Super Visa anytime.

Even though your PR card expires, your PR status does not end when the card expires. It ends only when revoked or once you become a citizen or when you officially take steps to give it up. If your PR card is expired when applying for Super Visa write a LOE with your pending Citizenship application details and attach a copy of AOR or a copy of AOR for PR card renewal

DO NOT sign the oath form before you officially say your oath... Since your's is in-person, they will hand the oath form to you to sign after your say your oath so you are safe there. Read all instructions carefully

No need to wait for Citizenship process to complete... You can apply for Super Visa anytime.

Same! PR card expired in the meanwhile though. I wonder what’s up with the Sauga office.
