I have a question about receiving citizenship certificate. I'm going to move in mid May while my test completed on 20th March. I probably can not receive citizenship certificate after oath in my currently address. How should I do? Is there anyway I can request to pick the certificate in person?

At the oath ceremony they ask you to confirm your address for the certificate. You should be fine... You can also, send them a webform to for change of address

Correct! If it virtual, they confirm the address before the ceremony as a part of the check-in process

You can technically postpone and request in-person oath. However, from reading a lot of experiences in this forum, I would not recommend it. If you postpone, there is no guarantee you will get the next available slot. You might end up waiting months for your oath to be rescheduled

Update: My citizenship test has been updated to complete - Mar 28th.

UPDATE: Our ECAS changed from In Process to Decision Made today. Are we expecting for oath soon?

Based on your processing office it could be days, weeks or months.

I got my second test invitation after exactly 2 months .. my fingerprints were received on feb 22 but hasn’t been updated to complete yet even though when I called irccc the agent told me that the criminality is completed but security is still in progress. Is that normal ?

Did you do the first test? Why did they ask you to do a second test

When was your FP marked as received on the tracker? When was your BG marked as complete?
