Did any body sent his/her application to Sydney and got redirected to New Waterford receive AOR ??

Currently paper applications delivered around October 27 are receiving AORs... Online Applications delivered around Nov 27 are seeing AOR. You might want to post in the October 2022 thread...

hey guys after checking the spreadsheet I noticed the AOR people received are mostly for online applicants, mine was paper application delivered in Nov 21 and still pending AOR.
any inputs about why papers are nowadays that much slower than online?

The same reason IRCC is redirecting applications, the centre was apparently destroyed by the hurricane so now they are processing stuff in a different location so may just take a while, and also we know IRCC is the only org in the WORD that will still use COVID 19 as a reason for them being incompetent.

But Paper apps still move faster than Online after AOR and they get entered into the system so nth to worry about.

Also, Online apps are received the same day they get submitted whereas Paper is when it's delivered

IRCC is sending AOR letters or emails for paper and online applications received the week of October 27, 2022.

Also, it's about time online applications start moving faster than paper lol I joke (or am I) lol

Should I try contacting IRCC, or I'm being a bit too optimistic looking at how fast people at this thread get their AOR's for Online applications ?

You should wait. you can check where they are on this LINK and what group or date is getting AOR they have not gotten to Nov yet. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-status.html

If they pass your date then you can contact IRCC but if you contact them now you will just get the same answer

If you still haven’t received your AOR, your application may be

• taking longer for us to review due to COVID-19
• incomplete and on its way back to you, or
• going through further review before we start processing it'

You should get it this week... From the spreadsheet one application from Nov 28 received AOR today and a few online applications are lagging

Also, they just got hit with a snow storm and power outages again + last two weeks of Dec are sparse work weeks. Hope you get it soon!
