It said 17th of March test marked to completed but it appeared for me on 21st of March
That's what I thought... This is why I marked your entry as Mar 17 on the spreadsheet. The tracker is behind GCMS by 48-72h or sometimes more

I received the test window email Mar 16 and responded as instructed with the Outside Canada email the next day but have received no response whatsoever. Has anyone else had to navigate through this situation?
What if I don’t hear back by the end of the test window?

Try sending a second email... If you don't hear back, go ahead and sit the test within the test window. You have already informed them... If they have issues, they will contact you
