I'm back from my trips and I've asked IRCC to reschedule my citizenship ceremony. Hopefully they don't make me wait 4 months this time. The initial ceremony date was set pretty quickly after everything was marked complete.

yeah kinda same for me.. I had the initial one set for Oct 5th but was gonna travel soon so had to request postponement. I told them that I will be returning in January so please reschedule it then and luckily they did (although they never responded).. received an update on the tracker at around end of December that the Ceremony is scheduled on Jan 24th.

I just finished the call with CIC and was asking about my status as nothing occurred since my test completion, he said they are in process of setting up ceremony invite, and prohibition, etc is completed but not visible yet to my tracking portal, he mentioned system is slow in showing the updates in tracking portal!

How did you get through to them on the phone? I have tried calling a million times and have NEVER got through to a person!
I have had no updates since my test (Aug 17, 2022)

your timeline is similar to my mom, she is a Calgary applicant AOR of Feb. 10th assigned to Vancouver office and she has no update since Aug 10 (background check). My dad who applied one month after my mom already got oath invite for Feb.09. Is your prohibition and physical presence completed?

Looks like a lot of Dec2021 applications are seeing movement again..

In my case they asked me to give them proof of return, which I did. I'm surprised they didn't do that to you as well.

Did it come from the Vancouver (West) office email? I saw a few Vancouver candidates getting oath invites from other offices.
