The oath Ceremony was done on 22nd Dec. Citizenship Certificate was received on 4th Jan.

Picked up my passport today. 1 year and 2 months exactly since application.
Oddly, my tracker still says "In Progress" and Oath "Not started". I don't think this will change. Might send them a message, but seems like it's not a huge deal.
Wonder if it changed for anyone else, to "Completed" who got their citizenship recently?

Congratulations, just curious since you received your passport promptly. Did you request an expediated process or was this via the regular route?
Thank you! It was really quick, considering the holiday break too! But I'll tell you passport times are back to normal now (at least in Toronto), so you'll get your passport quick. I opted in for the $20 option where you pick your passport up in-person, but I feel it would have been mailed to me equally fast if I didn't opt for that. Express option would be even faster - under 2 weeks.

I just finished the call with CIC and was asking about my status as nothing occurred since my test completion, he said they are in process of setting up ceremony invite, and prohibition, etc is completed but not visible yet to my tracking portal, he mentioned system is slow in showing the updates in tracking portal!
They have slept with our application, people applied in late 2022 have also received passports and people from 2021 are waiting for updates, very sad state of things
Once we get the citizenship. We can bring in real change by voting consciously.
The limbo is a problem, if we need to plan any travel we need to think twice as the oath can come anytime and then if you take oath then you cannot travel internationally till the passport comes
