nope, it passed two weeks since documents sent to them, did you get any auto response upon document submission to their email? I did not get any auto response even.

Hi, I checked my tracker this morning and from my Citizenship Test marked as "Completed," it has reverted back to "Not started." Has anyone else experienced this? Or know why this happen?

I have thesame issue. My background check has even reversed to In progress

I’m hoping it means something is happening in the background. I tried calling the hotline, but got dropped multiple times. I’ll try and be patient, then check again tomorrow. Good luck with your application!

Exact same thing happened with me. I appeared for the test yesterday. Till that time, I was seeing test scheduled status in the bottom. But today, I dont see test completed, but it says BG completed (which was already completed anyway)

im based in Oshawa On and Scarborough citizenship office but for somehow the event was organized by the Montreal office maybe because I speak French as my app is in French. They offered to pickup the certificate on 12/14 in person other will be by mail 2-4 weeks.

Did you recieve your certificate ?
