Hello all, I have been following the forum for a while. I feel very discouraged right now that my citizenship journey will not end this year, please see my updates below:

Application: Single/Online (Scarborough Office)
Date applied: Nov 14th, 2021
AOR: Feb 3rd, 2022
Background Check Completion: July 28th, 2022
Citizenship test Invite: Aug 12 - Aug 29
Test Completion Updated: Aug 16th, 2022

Language, Prohibition, Physical presence - In progress
Oath: Not Started

Do you think there is still hopes on hearing something before the holidays? Or I should just not expect anything until Jan/Feb 2023? Thank you.

I have had no update for more than 6 months, since Test completion date. But I am seeing Dec 2021 applicants here in Montreal getting Oath...I have called them many time, sent Web forms, even applied GCMS notes couple of times and reached out to my MP. Even after doing all of this there is no update.
I have zero hope that anything is going to change this year.

Wow I thought it was only me it looks like the last time they worked on our November 2021 files was on the end of August then dead silence I think this is there plan and will not start till next year and God knows which month they will touch our files again
I'm literally losing my mind
I have job waiting college waiting sick relatives over seas waiting all waiting on my citizenship and the ircc dosen't give a fck

What I have noticed is her test invitation came from xyz05@cic.gc.ca and she emailed back to 05 but she got 4 invitation from 05 06 07 etc

I always hope and pray for the best
But where did they say that 3 to 4 months thing
I have 3 files
1st sleeping after fb with nothing completed
2nd will finish his 4 month after BG completed
3rd finishing his 3rd month and entering his 4th month
but as I said I always pray for the best
