Yeah looks like everyone will have a ghost update on October 7th. This is just due to the system update, not to our files... Let's hope this system update will speed things up, otherwise, it seems they're dedicating their energy to the wrong things.

I was able to call them and they confirmed that the ceremony is still scheduled on their system. I guess it's a timeline bug
I am having the same issue - what number did you call on- my ceremony was scheduled November 21 and it’s disappeared now

I was on hold for around 10 minutes but got through. I think we have the same issue so they're probably gonna tell you the same thing.
 
Hi, following this thread and i tried to log in my tracker and it said wrong password and tried to reset it and when i tried, it shows an error and i am unable to change the password or log in. Is anyone else having the same issue?

i had the same issue - i tried something n strangely it worked. log in from your phone and not the computer and try to do it. it works there! lemme know if it worked for you.

Try to enter UCI without "-" , if you have not tried that yet.

For me the trick was to insert the UCI first, then the password (if they're saved on your device), cause saved passwords will throw in both the username and password at the same time and try to login, but for the new tracker login page, it needs you to at least tap on the UCI field, then tap on password field, then login. Worked for me

Scarborough processing, no updates since the test taken on Aug 2nd.

Are in person oath ceremonies back in Ontario? Or any reason why you were able to get an in person oath invite? Curious. It'd be super helful if you can share your experience or any insights younhave on this. Thank you!

yes my ceremony in Mississauga was in person. :) no clue how or why but seems like they're getting back to in person :) good luck!

Do they give you your certificate when you have in person ceremony or do they mail?
 
was able to reset my password in second attempt status is still same now shows last updated Oct 7 ..now there are 2 waiting on you items
'Send us additional information' and 'Take the Oath of Citizenship'
Oath date is still 31 Oct haven't received email invite yet. I wonder if additional information is related to the one asked to me in feb maybe it popped up again after the update .Anyways i will have to call IRCC ..
 
Hi friends so I have completed my test 2 weeks ago and after 2 days the status was updated to "Completed" however I have just received an email from ircc asking scanned copies of my ID, passport and travelling docs.
Any idea when do they usually ask for such things? And when too expect the oath ceremony?
