I got test done Aug 09, it says completed including background. Nothing else since.

Hi all, I'm in an unusual situation. I did my test on August 9. For more than 2 weeks, my test was not updated on the tracker. I sent them multiple emails, but nothing changed until August 23, when I logged into my tracker, I saw Updated but my test still shows in progress. I noticed that the orange banner that says "waiting on you" was also gone. Now I'm in limbo, not sure if I should take it as though my test was updated even though it still shows in progress. Has anyone been in this situation before? Any suggestions?

I’m on the same boat. I wrote my test the same as yours. Background and test completed so far. Nothing else since.

I have a friend that did the same, he just postponed the oath, went to India for a month, came back a got the oath scheduled within a weeek. Good luck !!!

Hi,

Same issue here. Used the web form to change address but don't know if it worked since there was no acknowledgement.

But as far as I know, all communication is sent through the registered email id. During the online oath ceremony, one of the agents is going to confirm our address to mail the certificate. Someone I know changed their address during their oath ceremony this way.

May be somebody else here can respond better/ confirm the same?

I reported my address change through web form a couple of months before receiving AOR, and noticed that the AOR still had my old address. So I called them and checked, turns out they added my new address, but my “current” address was still set to my old one. So I asked the agent to remove the old one. I called a month later and they still hadn’t removed my old one, so I asked them to remove it again. I guess the only way to know for sure is by phone, cause they’ll check your address with you every time.
