I received my GCMS notes (just a few days after the deadline). Nothing has been started yet... Very disappointing, taking in mind it's been over 8 months since I applied! No clue what those people are doing and what logic they have. There have been many applicants that applied after me who are at Oath stage.

In any case, looking at the trends on the spreadsheet, I believe November Online applicants will start seeing some action by the end of July. This is based on the fact many October online applicants are being actioned, with AOR's in mid-Jan. This means in about 2 weeks they should be getting to early Feb AOR's. This is at least what I'm estimating and hoping for. Let's see!

I just got my first Ghost update today July 14. It means someone opened my file finally and are working on it. Nothing have changed, but I expect to see a test invite in a week or two if all goes well. Processing Office: Sydney, NS. Secondary Office: Niagara Falls. I am October 28, 2021 applicant, with AOR on Jan 21, 2022.

Take inline test between July 19th to Aug 8th.

Application Nov first week or so
AOR Feb 2nd
Citizenship test Between July 19th to Aug 8th.

Congrats for the test invite. May I ask you a question please? I am also processed at Sydney/Niagra Falls. When did you get the ghost update on your tracker? I just received mine today July 14. My AOR is Jan 21, 2022 (I am Oct 28 online applicant). How long it takes to get the test invite after the ghost update?

Thanks I hope you see updates really soon. Try checking your tracker on daily basis these days so you could get a sense of where your application is at. I am seeing on the tracker some people who applied after me (online Nov 2021 with AOR in Feb 2022) getting test invites. So I bet this is a case by case, but probably they are moving on online applicants, or let's hope so. I'll update you when I get the test invite. A friend of a friend has applied in early October and got her test invitation 3 weeks back, she too received her AOR about 4 weeks earlier than mine. So I see some consistency. The processing office in my case is Sydney/NS and secondary Office is Niagara Falls. Hope the backlog eases at some point. I see myself about 3 months behind applicants whose AOR was 6 weeks ahead of me. I seriously don't know how IRCC manages.

My test was completed on April 19, no update since then. Scarborough did not learn how to use technology and process online applications.

What is E-grant? I didn't see that in my ATIP. I saw somewhere it says paper. I don't know.

And today, my background check was marked as complete. Looks like online applications from November are seeing movement.

I just got test invite. Mine was frozen after AOR step without any movement. Online showed “in progress” on everything. Which it still shows.

That is a month out..don't they usually invite a week or so out? Anyway you'll get an email a few days befoer the window date

Aor received from NS Sydney does that means it’s slow???
