I remember you were complaining in Jan 2023 that your application was not moving at all and within next 2 months your application completed all the steps except oath. Very pleased to see that. If they IRCC can show this speed in all the routine applications, nobody will have any complaints.

2 weeks back I gave 2nd set of Fingerprint as BG check was stuck in Progress and was waiting for Fingerprints based on ATIP notes, any idea how long it take for BG check to complete after fingerprints ? First time it had completed after 2 weeks

My 1st FP got updated after 4 weeks.
Waiting for the request to take 2nd FP for the last 2 weeks. Planning to wait for 1 more week and post which will send my 2nd FP using my 1st FP request letter itself.

I waited for 5 months for the second FP request but it has not come till now, I just did mine again after completing 1 yr from 1 FP and now waiting to see if any movement happens

Test came from Scarborough office but fingerprint request came from Sydney office so not entirely sure

It is strange. If any request comes from Sydney, it will delay the process. The local processing office is fast. I got FP too but it is from the Vancouver office as it is my local processing office.

I went and got second set of fingerprints done a couple of weeks back as I was done waiting for the letter and ATIP notes were saying FP needed, but today I got a letter for fingerprint after I did mine already. Fortunately address is same as what I have already sent it to so I am assuming it should be good but any ideas if this further complicates the thing or they should be ok with fingerprints I have sent them a couple of weeks back before the letter itself

I reckon this should be ok. But lets also wait for others to comment as well.
