Nov 20, VO Ottawa. Only eligibility and info shat passed, rest not started. I did upfront medicals a week ago and received a GU today without any changes, medicals still not showing. I wonder if it was just a glitch. Normally if my file was really opened they would have asked for remedicals like some cases i've seen. Anyone received a ghost update but nothing changed on their profile with a case like mine?

Yes! Happened to me twice in January

Received GCMS notes today.

VO Primary - Winnipeg
VO Secondary - New Delhi
Eligibility - Not Started
Security - Not Started
Criminality - Passed
Medical - Passed - Expired
Info Sharing - In Progress

A detailed note, mentioning CRS/IELTS/Education/PCC/Age checked and cleared, is from Centralized Intake Office, dated 04-Jan-2021. It seems like, my application is not touched since then. Bio-metrics were completed on 05-Mar-2021.

Any suggestions - if I shall go for upfront medicals..

Hi,
Afaik, it's better to wait for the IRCC to ask for it and then get it done, absolutely no correlation b/w remed and application processing time, at least that's what I and others I know are doing.

Only R10 is complete as of now, dated 21.Jan.2021.. File was transferred to Winnipeg from New Delhi VO on 21.Jan.2022, i.e. exactly after 1 year of R10. Other than this, there has been no updates no the file since it was submitted on 16.Nov.2022.

The wait continues for now.. Fingers crossed

Hi guys,

20th Nov AOR here.

Got remedical and ADR, and new PCCs request on 19th Jan.
Medical submitted 10th Feb. ADR and PCCs submitted on 13th Feb. Confirmation email received on 14th Feb.
VO is London.

What do you guys think i should hope from a PPR perspective?

Ppr coming soon. Same thing happened for a friend and he got ppr request pretty fast

Can anyone in the house help with this please.

My dependents are not accompanying me

The re-medical request letter I received has only my information (Client information) on it, such as my Name, date of birth, uci, ime, app no, etc.

Does it mean I'm the only one going for the remedical

@legalfalcon I got an ADR-Passport travel doc for primary applicant: but it say copy of passport data page for each family member.
1)I want to check whether I have to upload full passport scan of primary applicant or both the applicant primary and secondary.
2) I am assuming that they not asking for entire family as I have 7 brother and sister.

Thanks. Any help will be highly appreciated.

@legalfalcon
I request you to please provide guidance on this:

AOR 1st Nov 2020
GCMS notes received today state the following:

Eligibility : Review Required
Security : Not Started
Criminality : In Progress
Medical : Passed -Expired
Info Sharing : Complete

What does review required mean?
Can I do something to accelerate this process?
The notes from the officer state the date of 19th December 2020.
Has my file really not been touched the last whole year?

Also, my Bridging open work permit is about to expire, can i apply for extension based on this application's ITA again or not?

Please guide.

Best Regards

As my application is also under "Review required", let me share some information with you.

Take a look at the officer's notes and you might see the reason why there is a "review required".

Based on the information you will find there, you can take the initiative of uploading any additional information you believe may be helpful for your file.

I don't see a reason why it would be put in review required status in the notes i have been provided.
Could I share the notes with you for review?

If you don't have details in the notes, your guess would be as good as mine.

Did you answer "Yes" to one of the statutory questions ? Have you noticed a difference between your CRS at application and the CRS that the officer has assessed ?
