Hi,
I am FSW outland candidate (with spouse) from India.
My AOR is 22nd Nov 2021.
Still waiting for PPR, no updates. Ordered notes as fortnight ago.
Last week we found out that we are pregnant.
1. Is it possible to travel while my wife is pregnant (assuming that we get COPR by Oct or Nov) and deliver in Canada?
2. Or do we need to deliver in India and travel after that?
3. Do we need to inform IRCC now or at a later stage?

Thanks,
Prateek

Congratulations!
There's no need to inform IRCC about a pregnancy. You'll have to inform them about the change in family composition after the baby is born and as long as your wife's doctor advises that it's safe for her to travel whilst pregnant she can deliver the baby in Canada should you get COPR in a near future.
GL.

Congratulations!!
1. Yes, you can travel with your pregnant wife assuming the doctor is fine with it and airlines in which you are travelling does not have any kind of restrictions.
2. You do not need to wait for delivery, you can deliver in Canada n automatically your child becomes Canadian citizen
3. Once your child is born then you need to inform IRCC.
