Which VO was this?

@legalfalcon As always really appreciate all your answers and taking so much efforts.. Got a final query as well. Could you please have a look whenever you get some time.

If the new born is added to our application and after that we get COPR for all us 3 (me, spouse and newborn). Do we need to carry the newborn to Canada too to get PR card for the new born as taking the newborn in flight that too for so long hours would be quite risky.

Children as young as a few days old travel without any issues. However, that is your choice and call.

All individuals have to land and be admitted in Canada. Unless you land and are admitted, you do not become a permanent resident and thus you will not get a PR card.

Well it means you passed eligibility, usually the most important part as its what checks whether you actually meet the program requirements. It means your risk went considerably down, and as long as your criminality and security checks come back clean, you will be ok! As an FSW-O, i wouldnt expect everything to be completed soon, but with restrictions opening, rest assure that its only a matter of time (as you passed eligibility)

You're almost there. When did you pass eligibility?

Can you share when you applied for GCMS notes? I'm also waiting for mine to arrive.

Also depends if he got officer’s final comment or just first agent’s note. If it’s just last one, status will show Passed, but it’s preliminary, not final. Most probably the Eligibility note he got was from Janury.

@legalfalcon can you please guide me on the photo requirements .
I have got the portal to upload the pics but I wish to know that do I have to upload front and back of the photo or only the front. It accepts only jpg files and not pdf so if both sides are needed then how can I upload both side of pic in one jpg file. Please advise . Thank you

Hi,
I am FSW outland candidate (with spouse) from India.
My AOR is 22nd Nov 2021.
Still waiting for PPR, no updates. Ordered notes as fortnight ago.
Last week we found out that we are pregnant.
1. Is it possible to travel while my wife is pregnant (assuming that we get COPR by Oct or Nov) and deliver in Canada?
2. Or do we need to deliver in India and travel after that?
3. Do we need to inform IRCC now or at a later stage?

Thanks,
Prateek
