Hey bud you are lucky bro. IRCC is just delaying people with immigration to make money out of application fees.

My AOR is November 16, 2020. i ordered GCMS few weeks ago. No movement on file since January. Eligibility is review required.

BGC is processing. where criminality is in progress and security not started since Jan.

i have all the documents provided and I do see on GCMS that they say experience is 1 year and 10 months due to covid and says officer needs to review it.

I hate the system. If you need ADR on file ask for it right away. it’s going to be 6 months next week.

I am done with the immigration system. If i don’t get it by the term i have permit then i am not extending it.

I will go home and canada will lose a future business investor they will regret about it later.

I am so depressed, stressed and frustrated with IRCC system. No format of application processing.

Fucking idiots are processing people after 2020 applicants faster. Why they pay more taxes than people in 2020 or they pay more application fees

Protest against IRCC and all the government agencies because they just want money from common people
True they are taking so much money that they can't even fix their processes and infrastructure.
They are processing work permit extension quickly because duh we are paying money (we should not even paying money for the extension because they are the one who are delaying the process) and they would not want to refund it if our pr is approved. Plus if they could improve the permit extension processing time then they can definitely improve pr processing time.

Unfortunately, you are losing more without Canada, than Canada is losing without one applicant. Not sure Canada as a country will knock their head against the wall. And I am not sure either that the officers will lose sleep cause they dint process your application faster.

If you are so good and so sure of your success, why then leave home? I am sure your home country will welcome a business investor, right?

But I understand the frustration.

Hi @legalfalcon
I received my GCMS notes yesterday and I was going through the notes when I saw the following entry :

Name on application changed
Old value: Lastname, Given Name ( as on Passport), DOB, Gender, City, Province, Country
New value: Lastname, Firstname, DOB, Gender, City, Country

This looks like a system generated change, I have not made any such request for a name change.

Anything I should be worried about?

This is in all GCMS notes. No need to be concerned about.

Same here, looks like no PNP's are receiving any GU's, even inland PNP's.

I received a GU yesterday, I am PNP EE 24 Dec. 2020 applicant. I don't know its real or a glitch, but before this I didn't counter like this.

Yes only 50 points. From my arrange employment.

If you claimed points for arranged employment, one of the conditions was that the offer would be "for at least one year after [IRCC] issue(s) your permanent resident visa." If you leave your job, then the "year after clause will also go away" as the employer who gave you that undertaking will withdraw the offer, and thus you will lose the points.

So far IRCC has not issued any circulars or policy in this regard. As soon as your change your job, and if your application is still in progress, you have to inform IRCC, and your offer of arranged employment will be subject to verification, even if your eligibility is passed.

Hello people for those who have 6 months over after their AOR and are yet to receive an ADR is it safe to assume that the Eligibility has been passed or not? @legalfalcon

Nope, my 6 months mark was may 5th, and that was the last time I called ircc, the agent told me my eligibility is still in progress.

The six months no longer holds true. Also, the 6 months processing time starts from when your R10 (completeness check is passed), and not from the date of the AoR. Also, not every application will be sent an ADR. Only of a documents or some information is missing, will you receive an ADR.

As per IRCC's annual 2019 annual report it takes 8-9 months for an application to process. This was pre-COVID
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...nnual-report-parliament-immigration-2019.html

How long did it take to process an Express Entry application?
Table 35 displays the time, in months, that IRCC took to process 80% of applications under each program. In 2019, IRCC did not meet the processing standard of finalizing 80% of all applications sourced via Express Entry within six months. The processing time for Express Entry, overall, was eight months. As an alternative measure of processing times, 60% of applications finalized in the 12-month period ending on December 31, 2019, were completed within the six-month service standard.
