Does anyone or have you heard of anyone Nov. AOR get approved?

Especially if there is any FSW get approved?

I am planning to apply under the new pr program to be launched on 6th may . Do u have to add my canadian born child as dependent in my application . If yes , do I have to select ACCOMPANYING OR NON ACCOMPANYING in the option

Please advice . Thank you

@legalfalcon

You can get married anytime. Once you are married, you will have to inform IRCC of the change of family compassion and add your spouse to your application.
Thank you for your reply @legalfalcon but would that affect my CRS score when I applied for express entry application? My score was 478 at that time. I checked CRS score on cic calculator if I get married and my status changes then my score decreases. But I am not sure how it affects my CRS score if I already have AOR and it's been more than 5 months. Thank you for your time.

Your application is locked the day you submit it and it will not affect your score.

Most likely yes, however, the new pathway PR portal and the instructions are not live yet. So wait until it is up and read the instructions accordingly.

If your eligibility is passed, your CRS score will not be re-calculated if your family composition changes after that.

I contacted yesterday the visa office in charge of my Economic Class – Provincial/Territorial Nominees (EE) application via the webform to get an update after the 6 months mark.

The reply came back today and as of May 3rd, my "file is pending an eligibility review". The rest of the mail just explain that they are "working with essential staff only and providing essential urgent services through teleworking. This limits our ability to process permanent residence applications".

Now, I have to wait for the GCMS notes to see whether they mean "not started" or "review required".

Hi All,

I spoke with the IRCC agent today [completed the 6 month mark] and they said I might see some updates by June end. If not, I should call them again if the status does not change. I have applied for GCMS notes yesterday.

Category: FSW Inland
AOR : November 4th 2020
Medical : Passed - December 18th 2020
Visa Office: Montreal

Bio-metrics updated from my Work Permit record. And nothing more.

The only other information I got was:
Criminality: started
Eligibility: started
Security: not started
These Assessments has started and has not been updated since January, Wish I could get some clarity after I get the GCMS notes.

So, we have to Keep Calm and continue to wait :/

Hi All, my 6-month mark since AOR is almost completed but have not ordered any notes, does anyone have an idea that after how much time eligibility is passed after AOR for FSW O applicant and whether in my case it would have passed or not?
@legalfalcon your input will be highly appreciated.
Thanks

Called IRCC today and got through to a very nice agent.

Eligibility: recommended pass (25 March 2021) | Security: not started | Criminality: in progress | Info sharing: in progress | VO: CPC-Ottawa
CEC-inland, single applicant |
ITA: 14 Oct. 2020 |
AOR: 6 Nov. 2020 |
MEP/BIL: 14 Dec. 2020 |
BIL updated: 16 Dec. 2020 |
Files last worked on: 25 March 2021 (Eligibility recommended pass) |

The previous time my files were touched was back when biometrics were submitted (16 December 2021); meaning it wasn't touched for roughly 3 months up until eligibility was changed to recommended pass.

Edit: Also, I did not receive any ghost updates on my online account. I check about 5 times a day every couple of hours or so.

Usually eligibility is passed within the first 3-4 months. However, due to COVID, it may take longer, but 4. months is the average time frame when the eligibility is passed and a good time to request GCMS notes.

Before you request your GCMS notes, you can also send a webform to ask what stage your application is at. See https://bit.ly/3eS0Jjp

Hi guys, I called the IRCC today, they said they are working with 1/4 of their team and that everything is delayed. My question is: as the 6-month mark is reached, without security starts (inland PNP-EE). Do you think that after security starts it is going to take more 5 or 6 months to get the PR? What was the average time from security to start and COPR before covid restrictions?
Thanks.

inland PNP-EE
VO Sydney
6-month mark
Security not started

@legalfalcon please advise

The security at an average takes 110 days, can be less or more based on your application. If you are inland, then you will only have a record check which is fairly faster.
