@legalfalcon can you give me your opinion here? Thank you in advance :)

“valid” here indicates, that the documents required for the specific stage are “legal, not expired, and accepted by IRCC,” and no further input is required by the applicant.

It would indicate that your criminality is passed and the checks are valid.

Criminality and security, just like medicals have a validity and if your application is not processed within that time, it has to be re-done.

@legalfalcon interesting. So what is usually the validity of criminality and security documents? Thanks.

Thank you. Can you also advice regarding IRCC webform? Which one should I contact VO Paris or Canada? Last time my application was at VO Paris. Not sure if in 2 months they moved it or not :| I'm planning to send a webform next month because they normally answer after 30 days +/- and I will receive the answer 1-2 weeks before 20 May (when the initial 6 months are gone (I know that the waiting time is longer but the update is just for my soul :) ))

Hi, biometrics are valid 10 years, but regarding PCC I think it depends by the country...in my country they are valid 6 months. I think in most of the countries is the same but could be less, not sure if longer.
But I have nver read about applicant re-doing PCC bevause it was expired.

well, until this pandemic situation most of the application were processed in 4-5-6 months. Now as you can see we have 5 months and nothing. I don't think they will let the documents to expire, I think they are processing them but slowly. I heard from others that some of us already are accepted but don't have COPR released or COPR released but they cannot enter in Canada. By us I mean immigrants, not only Nov AOR. I heard from an immigration consultant that COPRs will be released slowly until borders are opened again (or COPR holders will be excepted) and even if your COPR is expired, IRCC will give some documents at the end and you will have a limited time to enter in Canada. Today I heard from someone from my country that he applied in February 2020 and received COPR in Dec. We only have to wait few more months and hope that everything regarding our profiles is fine.

If you send a webform, it will be sent to where ever your application is at.

I ordered my GCMS notes on Feb 22nd and received them yesterday.
The case processing agent has reviewed my documents and information and has assessed my entire CRS points. No request for further reviews so far. Following was the information I saw from the Assessment section:

Eligibility: Passed
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Not Started
Medicals: Passed
Info Sharing: In Progress

My question to the forum is:

My eligibility on the online portal is still "We are reviewing your eligibility......".

So if the Eligibility is "Passed" according to my GCMS notes, can I consider my eligibility is passed?

Not sure how to interpret the GCMS notes.
Which service provider did you use?

Hi there. Is it true that they are not sending approvals to any fsw (inland/outland) applications at the moment?

I have checked different threads here and haven't seen a single case of fsw application approval for aor's since April 2020.

I am an FSW inland. Should I expect my file to be processed slowly since I am an FSW applicant regardless of the fact that I am already inside the country? Thank you

Any review about sydney vo? How quick is its processing? For FSW O

Hi, my file is in Ottawa and Sydney too. all the info is in my signature too. AOR NOV 3; Eligibilty & criminality passed. No ghost updates after that.

Thanks, I'm CEC outland, I called and was told eligibility and security not started, criminality and info sharing in progress. Did you order gcms notes to confirm your status or you called?
