Though I submitted my application under CEC I had to attach my Indian experience too as they were contributing some points. I had a Government job back in India and I have provided supporting documents like a reference letter, relieving letter. And in the Personal History section too, I have mentioned the activity as a Government position. I was just wondering will I be asked any other documents other than the reference letter and relieving letter by the IRCC.

What additional documents pertaining to a government job will I be asked since I am mentioning its a govt job?

@legalfalcon, can you kindly take a look at my question and provide an answer if you can?

Hello all, how far ahead is it possible to go trough medical , for “upfront medical”. Is it smart to do it right before profile submission or at the time of waiting for draw and ITA?
Thank you

Hi guys, I am currently collecting documents Post-ITA. I have a quick question, I have already received US FBI PCC on April 2020( for my stay in US.) Now that I received my ita yesterday, should I get an updated one or will this document suffice?

Looking forward for your responses

It should be fine as long as the PCC covers the last day you were in the US.

As per IRCC:

  • For the applicant’s current country of residence, the police certificate must have been issued no more than 6 months before the submission of the e-APR.
  • For countries in which the applicant no longer resides, the police certificate must have been issued after the last time the applicant stayed in that country for 6 months or more in a row.
  • Police certificates meeting the above requirements can be accepted even if they have an expiry date that has passed.
  • This includes the requirement to provide a police certificate for countries in which the individual has travelled for 6 months or more in a row, whether or not the individual had an established residential address during this time.
  • Police certificates are required upfront and are mandatory for each country (except Canada) where an individual has spent 6 months or more in a row within the last 10 years. The individual does not need to provide one for any period of time before the age of 18.
  • Police certificates need to be a scan of the original police certificate(s) in colour. Certified true copies and unauthorized copies are unacceptable and will result in the application being rejected as incomplete.

If your FBI PCC meets the conditions above, you do not need a new one.

Hello,

Category: FSW (Outland)
ITA: 16 October
AOR: November 25
Upfront medicals
Country: Nigeria

Use a domicilliary account. I paid mine two days ago at exchange rate of 485 per dollar. Spent about 547k in total. Process is seamless if you have upto 1231 USD or slightly more. PS: I used a GTB don account

Good luck mate
Hi, no I didn't. The current limit on our Nigerian bank cards would not let me. I paid a total of about 1100 USD. I had to use my brother's American bank card. You may need to get someone with an international card to help you out. Some people use 'barter' a virtual online card but the exchange rate is usually crazy!!
I tried Barter by Flutterwave and couldn’t generate a dollar card. Tried multiple times but it failed. Had to contact a friend to use her Dom account. My experience ✌

How long does it normally take before the R10 stage is passed

Hi,

I guess it would be hard to give a definite answer because of COVID disruptions.

However, if you check on myimmitracker.com, you will see that candidates with e-APR between Oct. 20th and Oct. 23 have been receiving their "Medicals passed" update throughout this week.

I'm just a bit worried about my medical record. Everything is fine but my Creatinine level, which is related to my kidney, is higher than normal level (120 vs 64-110). Is there any problem with that? @legalfalcon
