I am slightly confused about the PR portal and it's association with landing. I am about to land in Canada next month, a few days before my COPR expires. Will I get the PR portal access after that ? or Will I get the PR card directly in mail if I complete the paperwork at the Airport ?

Remed: 1 Jun 2022
ADR : 1 Jun 2022 (Payslips)
ADR review: 15 Jul 2022
2nd GU : 11 Aug 2022
PPR: 12 Aug 2022
VO: Paris until march 2022, Ottawa since march 2022.

I landed on June 8. You would go to the counter at the airport and go through all the formalities. In a couple of days, you should be able to login to your current portal and add a case to your profile using the identifiers (applicant number/DOB etc).
You can check that case to see as it progresses though the various stages. In my case they asked for new photos (got an email notification to mail photos to an address in NS). If there are no additional requests, the PR card would show up in mailbox is ~85 days or so....

I’ve received my PPR on august 4th, I’ve submitted my passports at the VFS Center the same day.
I’ve received today a second PPR ! is it just a glitch in the system due to yesterday maintenance ?
I’ve sent an email to my VO to say that they have my passports since august 4th.
no update on my cic account btw !!
Any thoughts please ? Has it ever happened to anyone here before ?

Did you get just the RFV in the email or was your profile fully updated? In my case I have the e-mail but they didn't send a copy through the portal or updated my information there yet

I just got the email. No updates on portal.
As per my knowledge we get either or them email or portal update based on CIO and VO. And the Portal will get fully updated after we get back our stamped visas.
Does each applicant get a separate PPR If you have multiple applicant in applications or just one on name of primary applicant?
