Hello,

Category: EE PNP (Province of BC)
AOR: Nov 26, 2020
Medical passed: Jan 6, 2021

ECoPR: ???

Anyone from November or October 2020 with the same category as me already received ECoPR?

I am wondering if I should just re apply using EE CEC... Some of my friends with AOR Dec 2020 u
Hi,
I'm in the same boat as you, but what I have seen is; tracker shows progress for PNP-Inland Oct 2020 applicants, So I'm kind of hopeful. Although I might order GCMS notes.

Dear @legalfalcon

For people who have never received their first PPR, what will be their PPR expiry date? the query comes as soon my medicals will expire and from what i have heard the PPR are usually valid till medicals are.

so say things go smoothly this time and september we see PPR roll out worldwide, what should we expect in terms of expiry dates / re medicals / PCC renewals? Just want to know this as per your experience.

thanks

In most cases, IRCC is extending the medicals. See #13,190

As regards PCC, if you have not changed your country of residence, you will not be asked for a PCC. Just make sure that your passports on filed are valid.

Hey @legalfalcon,

What documents would I need to file SOWP for my spouse with my BOWP?

Is the employment offer letter and paystubs enough or do I need reference letter similar to the one submitted for PR to prove that its a skilled 0,A,B job?

Hi all,
I have just joined.
Here is my status:
AOR: 7 November
MEP: 15 December
Biometrics: 22 December
Background: Not yet started (this has never changed)
Review of additional documents: N/A
FSW-O

I had last communication on 22 December, nothing since then.

Should I be worried? There has been literally no update after 22 December.

Thanks

Get a set of GCMS notes to know where your apps at. You need to ensure eligibility is a-OK.

If you are referring to the information on your account page, the lack of updates doesn't mean that nothing has been done.

Contacting the Visa office handling your file or ordering your GCMS notes would be the only way to know exactly what is going on.
