@bluemotion Was your eligibility passed by an officer or the analyst ?

How & where do i find that? the new CBSA format is really short.
Oh, I don't think you can find out in the new format. In the old format it was usually on the last few pages where the analyst and officer notes were mentioned, But given your security is not started. Its very likely that the it was passed by the analyst. The officer usually follows the analyst's recommendations so there is little to worry about

Oh yes i believe its an analyst because i see the line "contained in the file, i make the following recommendation" which i guess an analyst must have put for his superior to assess!

You have to respond that your re not in Canada. It will not affect your application, but you will not be given a COPR as for that you have to be in Canada. Once you are back, you can inform IRCC and your cOPR will be issued.

Alternatively, if you intent staying in your home country longer, you can inform IRCC of change of address, and as and when things open, you will be asked to submit your passport for COPR and PR visa (if not from a visa exempt country.)
hey @legalfalcon , i'm back to Canada now, how should I inform IRCC to update them? use web form? Thanks!

the new CBSA notes have very few pages and even lesser information available. Criminality it says was passed on 15th Feb 2021

PPR? No, all stages but security passed? Yes.

Oh are they? You don't have the date for when eligibility was passed then? Anyway thanks for the reply.
