if you submitted documents Inland, then she cann`t leave Canada until the end of the process. For outland and inland slightly different process.
I think you mean AOR2 but here group who application received in Sydney in Nov! So i think you find more answers in group May!

I don't think there is a specific time and it may not be during 'regular business hours' in the processing centres, including possibly non-working days. Perhaps they have shifts working, or perhaps the emails are sent by a queued computer application (to generate the text for form letters and attachments). At any rate the emails I've received have been all over the map time-wise - although note only based on my limited experience.
I have sent the application on Novemeber 22nd and i think it will take sometime to start processing.

you don’t have to worry about it, usually Indian files are processed much faster than other countries

lucky, i cann`t. I think the problem is that my account has been registered with a maiden name. And now the name of the husband and there is a conflict in the system. Otherwise, I do not know the reason. I did everything according to the instructions.

my account on www.canada.ca - maiden name (because before married i did trv). in sponsorship process and thus in Gckey i have new family name (husband`s). I tried to create a new account with a new surname, but alas

So after logging in to MyCIC and clicking on linking the account, use below format
Category: Permanent Residency
Sub-Category: Family Class (Spouses)
In Application Details: Use, Family Name, Give Name and Date of birth
All the details here should be PA's details
Next Section, select Passport and put PA's passport details
Province and City should match the details you submitted with application and marital status is Married.
Family size should be 2 if no kids
Note, anyone can link your account as long as they have details
