Hello everyone. I'm Nov 2019 applicant. I'm still waiting for update.
I'm already done medical exam(last Sep), police certificate(last Oct) and additional document(last Oct).
so far nothing from IRCC.
It takes more than 15 months since I applied November 2019.
Is there anyone still waiting?

No, I didn't do both.
I just heard that it'll take time due to COVID-19. However, I've been waiting for almost 16 months...

Confusing ECAS message:

1. We sent you a letter on November 17, 2020. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

They send letters via mail instead of electronically? Does anyone know what this might be?
