ECAS has been updated to "Decision Made" for the primary applicant I received a pre-arrival letter on July 11. waiting for the PPR. Hoping I will get it this month from Ottawa. Feb 2021 applicant.

It happened to me. No VO office and then after 2 weeks IRCC agent told me that my application was transferred to Ottawa. You can wait for 2 weeks before you call as if you call them now they’ll say the application is still in Sydney
