Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has promised to provide citizenship applicants with information about future test dates "as soon as possible," though the government has said it cannot provide accurate processing times, since it is still prioritizing helping Canadians trying to return to the country from overseas.
Interestingly where are these people struck overseas, even after 8 months in Pandemic?Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has promised to provide citizenship applicants with information about future test dates "as soon as possible," though the government has said it cannot provide accurate processing times, since it is still prioritizing helping Canadians trying to return to the country from overseas.
Hi, where do I check this? Should the answer be based on this piece of information from my application timeline?I've added your details... When did your status change to "in progress"?

All optics for UN at the expense of resident immigrants.
If you have not written the test yet then 6 months is not correct estimate. They are not having any plan to conduct tests. You should give 12 to 18 months. Every stage has delay - for test, for DM, For Oath, for getting citizenship certificate and for passport too.My PR Card is expired already first week of this November month, As I understand if we have to travel outside canada and while returning back we will need a valid PR card. But since like everyone of us my citizenship application is in process and tests are delayed, so there is still a long time , I believe minimum 6 months, before citizenship certificate arrives. My doubt is what should we do in the meantime, go for PR Card renewal application? (I have seen processing time for renewal of PR Card is 114 Days, plus, cost, plus, the efforts of preparing and sending the application package), Any suggestions?
