Surely you can send a webform and inform IRCC.

I had raised the webform the same day when I received the PPR (4th feb) and explained my situation to IRCC. I will wait for around 15 days for their response.

If I don't get a response saying that the file is on hold, to be on the safer side, I am planning to send across our passports for the stamping so that my 30 days windows of PPR doesn't expire without any action from my end. And then will raise another webform after the child is born to inform about the addition (where they will cancel the copr and then regenerate new ones for all three of us I guess)

There is no point sending a passport, then sending it again. It will just create more administrative burden and your passport will be stuck for 3-8 weeks.

The medical center said it’ll take approx 5 days. But no update still. Kinda worrying me as well, as I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes a year ago.
