Hey guys,

Got Ready for VISA PPR email today. Nov 2019 Aor, US resident, India national, fsw outland (all program draw)

Remedical 9th Dec 2021. Med passed 16th dec 2021. Principal applicant and 2 dependents.

Never contacted ircc after covid shutdown.

My mailing address has changed and today I informed ircc using webform as they had suggested both to ottawa office and the change of address webform

ottawa office wants the passports to be sent to new york vac. Will it be safe to send passports there and write a letter stating the change of mailing address or shouldI wait for communication from ircc or ottawa office?

@legalfalcon

thanks
If you are still in the US, you can send your passport. Only if you have changed your CoR, do you need to wait.

Strange. I received the "Ready for Visa" email couple of days back. It specifically says that "***PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR PACKAGE TO THE NEW YORK CONSULATE*** " When I read NY VAC guidelines they have stated that they are not accepting in person requests and the package needs to be shipped to them. Can someone clarify this contradiction please?

Sch A is only asked when IRCC wants to confirm the information you provided or when there has been an inordinate time after the application was submitted to verify if any additional PCC or security checks may be required. If nothing has changed, and you have not changed your CoR, it should not take much time.
Thank you so much for your reply. I have a question for you, I have submitted Schedule A on Nov 26,2021 the next day ADR request changed to- Not Applicable. Passed remed on Dec 1, 2021. Nothing has changed in my application, its been 2.5 months still no PPR. According to my GCMS application approved on Sep 2020. Should i be worried ?

ow we have similar timelines; I passed remedicals on the 29th of December and also got ADR for my son in November. I hope they update your profile as soon as possible. Fingers crossed.

Yes you have to send the package to New York VAC using the TT Services/VFS. TT services is some contractor who sends the passports to New York VAC and not consulate for VISA stamping

I have to resubmit my police certificate and was wondering if anyone had to do the same and how long it took for them to process the application and approve the PR? I am worried they will have to do the background check again and that takes a loooooooong time...

IF your eligibility is passed, no need to be concerned, it is just a matter of time before you receive a PPR.
