Hello everyone
Is any Nov2019 applicant still waiting for PPR?
I’m getting worried, since a lot of Jan and Feb 2020 are getting PPR these days.
Am Nov 12, 2019, AOR, OINP, COR India still waiting. Did upfront medicals and valid till May 2022. There are many I guess.

@legalfalcon I received my re-medical request today (after 2 years of no update! :) ). Can you please let me know your view on the below points:

1. I am planning to take the re-medical and send the acknowledgement letter (which they might give us after taking all tests) by raising a webform. Is that enough or should we do anything else to make sure they have all the info?
2. My wife is is 5 months into pregnancy now. But I am the primary applicant and she is my dependent. How will that affect my re-medical examination and date of the release of my PPR ? Is there anything which I would need to do to inform IRCC about the pregnancy at this stage ?

Thank you in advance!

1. This will be enough.

2. If an individual is pregnant, some tests such as a x-Ray may be deferred by the panel physician. The tests will be done at a later date and until then the medials will be pending. When you go to the panel physician, the physician will fill the appropriate form and submit them see the link below.

You can only add a child after it is born. So informing IRCC now will be of little use.

Hello. I'd really appreciate your input on our situation.

We received a re-medical request and already did the exam a few days ago. However, now I'm worried about one detail. On the form that we received, our address is correct (we changed our country of residence and informed IRCC about it via webform), but the phone numbers are still our old numbers from that country.

Should we inform IRCC about this via webform?
Will the wrong phone numbers on the form somehow affect our completed exam?

Thank you.

Generally, communications are done by emails. So, need not to bother about phone number in Med forms. However, once again can be updated by webform. It is showing two different webforms :
1. for address only
the 2nd: for email and phone number.
They may expect to send two webforms for address and phone.

If you have sent a web form and informed IRCC, there is no need to be concerned. In most cases these days the web forms are taking a long time to be processed.

In some instances, they were looked into right before finalizing the applictaion.

Hello, I received the portal email today.
I am wondering if I can use my friend's address for pr card delivery who I do not live with.
I may leave my place before the card comes.

Thanks in advance.

@legalfalcon Do we need to carry pre-filled IMM5444E form while landing first time, I see some people say it’s not needed for first time landings, please clarify, thanks.
No, it is not required. Upon landing you will be asked for an address of you have one which will be entered in the system where your PR card will be shipped.

If you do not have an address, you can inform IRCC later and the PR card will be sent. The form is only required of you apply for a new card if you do not get one or when renewing a card.

Thank you for your answer!
Somehow we didn't think to send a webform about the change in the phone number, only the address. So yesterday we sent a webform with a new phone number of my husband's (he is the main applicant) - I hope it's not gonna cause any problems.
Should we also send another webform with my new phone number (I'm his dependant)?

If your address or contact details change, they should be updated with IRCC. You should send a web form regarding the phone number as well.

Sending a web form to update your contact info has no impact on the processing of your application.
