@legalfalcon I have a question? My PR application was submitted in November 2019 (PNP Outland). I saw that IRCC is only processing applications that are exempt from the travel ban now.
I have been reading this section -
Extended family members who want to unite with a Canadian citizen, person registered under Canada’s Indian Act or permanent resident
And as it happens my girlfriend is a permanent resident in Canada for 10+ years. We have been in a relationship for more than 3 years now and check all the boxes of an "exclusive dating relationship". If I get a written authorization to travel by following the steps in https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/coronavirus-covid19/visitors/immediate-family.html#extended and send that to IRCC via a web form will that work? Will that make me exempt from the travel ban and in turn force them to process my application?
