@legalfalcon I have submitted my profile on NOv 10th 2019 all stages are passed no update from May 2020 ..I called IRCC more than 100 times but they always say due to pandemic we have less staff..
I see a huge number of Copr's are being issues even people who applied 3 months back also got there Copr.
I am staying in Canada from 2018 and paid taxes ..
Do you think i need to withdraw and apply again ?
I feel there is a glitch in there software which it is not showing up to Officers to take action on 2019 applicants.

there is no glitch. Each application is processed on a case by case basis, and not on the first come first serve basis. There are many applicants in the same boat as you, and paying taxes has got nothing to do with your PR application. Only for citizenship applications are paying taxes a prerequisite.

Have you request GCMS notes to see what all processing has happened and where your application is stuck?

Once all stages are passed, the final will change to approved. However, make sure that your security and eligibility is passed.

Security starts after the eligibility has been conclusively passed. see #4,004

To legalfalcon,
I am approved PR (express entry, FSW, outland, India) and got COPR on 29th Dec, 2020 and not allowed to enter Canada b'coz of travel restrictions. I have checked on IRCC website that those who got COPR after 18 March, 2020 are not allowed to enter Canada.

My question is if I get job offer letter from Canadian employer, can I get entry to Canada to do that work and become PR? As I have not yet landed in Canada because of travel restrictions and I am still approved PR, Can I get Job offer letter and if I get, Can I get entry to Canada?

Second question is as my visa will expire on 30th April, 2021, What to do extend my visa?

Please answer me about these questions

Thanks in advance..

I am a Nov 2019 AOR PNP Outland Candidate, and still waiting. Medicals auto-extended till March 31st. Its not looking good for anyone left in 2019, specially Outland candidates. IRCC just took the biggest draw in their history with 27000 invites issued in a single draw with the lowest cutoff score of 75, but it was a Canadian experience class draw. Which means they are just gonna focus on people in Canada for now.
I am also Nov 2019 AOR PNP outland. My meds expired but not auto-extended. Got request for re-meds. not sure what is the criteria for re-meds or extending automatically!

<a href="https://ibb.co/q9tyT9D">notes-1-and-2

thank you in advance
As per your notes your eligibility is passed, and your security may be in progress or even passed. Also as per note 2, your application is ready for approval subject to security and BG checks.

See https://bit.ly/2OSkDRZ

The security is redacted if it is in progress or passed.

You are almost there. Ince your security check is done, you will see the assessment on page 2 as approved next to final.

Folks, I'm an Outlander Nov 2019er and I must say... this all seems very disappointing. I haven't paid much attention to the process for a few months - haven't had any changes in my profile since this time last year, and I didn't expect anything to change so long as covid is still a big problem and most people can't fly in to Canada. Which is sad, but it's what I expected. I figured I had to be patient.

Now I see there seems to be a consensus that Outlanders who got into the process LATER are getting their applications ok'd? And only those of us who happened to be due when covid first struck around March 2020 are being ignored? This doesn't seem believable or realistic. Is this really the case? I don't want to become sad because of rumours or forum hearsay ... so is there anywhere else I can turn to for enlightenment or confirmation?

There is nothing official. You can take a look here to keep track of the reported cases and form your own opinion based on facts. Keep in mind that only a subset of the cases are reported or up to date.

Profile is not updated for many including our case. Better to get GCMS Notes to know the details and it takes more than three months to get nowadays.

Here is the correct info.

If you had requested the Gcms Notes from CBSA then security will be shown if it's in progress, something like this

If you requested the Gcms Notes from IRCC then security will be redacted once it starts and thereafter

Here is a detailed comparison of Gcms Notes from IRCC vs CBSA https://bit.ly/34nuJPu

Hi @legalfalcon just received my CBSA notes.

I went through the entire notes, and found out that its identical to GCMS notes. Can you please guide which page or section should i look into specifically which will help me understand the extra information which is supposed to provided in CBSA notes.

The security status which was "Not Started" in the month of August when i first GCSM notes, is the same right now in CBSA notes.
