Did any of you guys have issues sending pictures ?
I sent it using canadapost express (expected delivery time, 1 day) and it's been more than 10 right now.
Do you guys know if there is any kind of big issue with their delivery time ?

I wonder if it got lost.

I sent mine through Canada post from Toronto to Niagara Falls, it was supposed to be delivered in 2 days, for 6-7 days at least, it keeps showing that it’s pending but then finally the status got updated and it was delivered within 3 days of posting. So I guess it’s taking time to reflect the exact status in their system.

Sorry to hear that, have you tried calling them or filled webform to see where your application currently stands?

In account doesn’t show any updates; I have been trying calling immigration for the last 3 weeks. First the agent said that your security has not started yet. Everything else looks fine and It may take long due to covid 19
Again I Made them a call after 2 weeks then their response regarding my application was totally different; as the agent said that there are not any updates on your file.
And we don’t need any documents. We will update you if anything changes. It is just annoying I don’t know what should I expect now. As it is already took more than 7 months

Maybe try raising the next webform by clearly stating the information you need like status of eligibility, security and criminality

i clearly asked about eligibility, security and criminality. still i received same reply that my application is still in process.

Hi, Sent to Montreal. It wasn't delivered, never moved after the 2nd day.

Yes. I send on June 9th and still showing in transit. Because of covid, Canada post is delaying delivery and they are not following delivery standards. I called their customer care and they are not providing any expected date. May I know your IRCC office? I sent to Montreal from Toronto and it is still in Mississauga hub.

I even second guessed myself to see whether wasn't me that wrote that.
Lol it's exactly my case : toronto to montreal, stuck in Mississauga, sent Jun 8, stuck since 9.
When I called them (CanadaPost) they were a little bit condescending.
I mentioned the fact Toronto and Montreal is sorta close and I sent an express parcel that should arrive in 1 day, and nobody never told me about any delay.
The guy on phone treated me as if I was dumb, but anyways, he said 21 days is a deadline when I should start to worry.

That's nice to know.
Maybe they are only avoiding to scan the packages to save time.
Did your mail pass through Mississauga ?

From my experience talking to the IRCC agents implied “We dont Care about Outland applicants for foreseeable future”.

My IELTS scores expired after I got the PNP-O Nomination but before ITA and I had to write another IELTS. My overall scores dropped after the new IELTS. I later got an ITA and applied. Could this be the issue? and should I raise an LOE for this?

All other parts of my notes looks good - Case Processing Agent & Program Assistant. However, the Officer's note is redacted with s16.1c.

See the notes in the last 4-5 pages and that is where you should be able to find what has been entered with regard to your IELTS.
