I took upfront medical exam for work permit in March 2019 and since then I am living in Canada. Now I am applying for PR, can I use the same medical information sheet or di I have to take new medical exam ?

Yes, you can use the same med upfront sheet as long as it is valid. The meds are valid for 1 year form the date they are done.

Hi

Please add me. I submitted my supporting documents for FSW PR online on 16th but did not receive the AOR yet. Is this normal?

just posting here in case someone might find it helpful to deal with the anxiety

I was in the Nov 2018 AOR batch (7th Nov AOR to be precise). For almost all of you, the PR will come and it will feel unreal. It is going to test your patience. I am sure there will be many of you here who are like me. I used to think that I might be one of those who get PPR in record time. Of course, I didn't. Checking the profile and seeing nothing move became a daily ritual. Once my office changed to montreal i even stayed away from checking my profile for 3 weeks. There will be ups and downs. People who hate their current jobs would be checking their CIC account every hour. The PPR will take its own sweet time. But it will come, which is the best part. Just hang in there. Try to join the whatsapp groups. They help to pass the time nicely and the slow trickle of good news makes you feel that your PPR is round the corner.

Good luck folks, i wish you all the best for your PR and future in Canada.

The AOR is usually sent immediately or within 48 hours. If you still don't receive it after 48 hours, send contact IRCC via webform.

Thank you. I submitted around 4.00pm on 16th. My ITA expiry date is 18th. I am little anxious about this.
