The whole November 2019 group is waiting mate, except PNPs and the few lucky ones who got a COPR slightly before the pandemic and now gets a renewed COPR.

Sadly, I don't believe they'll start issuing COPRs for FSW-Outlanders until the 2nd quarter of 2022.

I haven't done remeds, but I have watched many people do it without IRCC's request just to end up with another expired medical exam and more frustration.

It's not worth it. If they start finalizing FSW-O files, they'll ask you to do remeds. You'll only add up 1 to 2 weeks at max to your total processing time by not having a valid medical exam. Not a big deal.
