The answer is no.@legalfalcon I am seeing lots of messaged in this group where people's application getting rejected due to some missing/incorrect documents. My question is after rejection if these application are reinstated again once the applicant provide the detail ?
I am little worried now because my couple of dcos were blur. Do I resubmit my docs through case specific form before they ask me.
Thanks @legalfalcon for clarification. In my case, I don't see any doc missed but marriage certificate, daughter birth certificate and Offer Letter are little blur. (Offer Letter is not clear because i got it in 2010 and ink faded with time). The answer is no.
The first stage of the application is R10 or the completeness check. It is the absolute liability on the applicant to file a complete application. No document should be missing.
If there is a missing documents, it should be explained why it is missing. Eg. some people do not get PCCs on time. So they will file applications with the proof of requesting the PCC and informing IRCC that the PCC was not delivered and as soon as it is, it will be sent to IRCC. This should be clearly be mentioned in IRCC.

Open a new window in incognito and try logging in, it should work. I have been doing this for a while to bypass the redirection to home page after giving the credential. It may be some issue with cache or cookies. When I am trying to login into CIC account it land me back to login page, are you guys also getting the same issue ?
% Completed is calculated on the no. of days lapsed, nothing to do with each individual steps status. How much %age completed it showing after Med pass ?
12%,my uci no. not changed yetHow much %age completed it showing after Med pass ?
Usually not, if any documents is not clear, IRCC will ask for a replacement. Thanks @legalfalcon for clarification. In my case, I don't see any doc missed but marriage certificate, daughter birth certificate and Offer Letter are little blur. (Offer Letter is not clear because i got it in 2010 and ink faded with time).
Do you think if this could be the reason of rejection and I should resubmit again through case specific form.

I don’t think inland applicants need biometric, I’m pretty sure you did one before you came to Canada. they’ll only request for one if your original biometric data has expiredHas any inland applicant got biometrics letter?
