Yes thats right. Sent to me on July 10. Other VO will send PPR few days after sending Pre Arrival Letter.
No one really knows what’s going on there is no correct systematic way of these visa offices how they handle things
Hi, VO Mexico too, dont heard nothing since AOR 2, on 5 Aug. Did they ask you any addicional document? Not for me...my husband ordered notes, waiting for...
I'm Nov 26, think have similars timelines. Good luck for us

Any Nov 2018 applicant's who got pre arrival did any of them recieve passport request ? We received our on 30 Sep . Any Update ??
And another question our background check was in process from Nov 2018 from the time we submitted our application but then suddenly couple of days back on GcKey the status of the BGC changed to: your application is in process and we I'll let you know once we start the BGC.
So I'm confused that earlier the whole year it was showing that BGC is in process and than now suddenly when our time is almost coming to an end its showing this??
Any idea?

Im a Nov 26 2018 applicant. Received our pre arrival letter ob July 10 2019 ang no other update since then. Its nearly a year since we submitted our applicarions so hopefully we will get PPR any time soon.
I am june 2018. I just received the Pre arrived on 03/October,2019. We had a new baby on 04/October. I just sent Birth certificate. Still now no news. I just keep praying all might
So u mean your application is way beyond the given timeline? U should have your approval on or before June 2019 as it should only be 12months processing time.
How is it possible to call a VO? And which office is this. Can you please share your timeline
