No problem, it shouldn’t slow you down too much if you send it in as soon as you got AOR.
There’s no template, I just made it on Google Drawings.
Hello Almasrabab, unfortunately Amman office is quite slow, I was only sent a letter from Sydney that the application was transferred there almost 3 months ago and not a word, only medical requested just last month. Hopefully you’ll get lucky but in general they’re slow

@chikki282 got the letter I believe. It’s not a big deal though, it just means your eligibility has been passed.
Hey Guys, I received request for additional photos. I submitted it and there was no update for almost 2 months now.
And suddenly in ECAS, i saw an update that additional information requested, but when i asked my lawyer she said everything is in place and they have not asked for anything else.
Anybody faced this situation. Why would i see an update that something has been requested but in reality did not really get any request.
Any idea how to clarify if something is really required or not on my own?

Application was received- December 18, 2018.
Biometrics - confirmed not required
Inverview - confirmed not required
Sponsor Approval: February 26, 2019
Medical approved - March 22nd 2019.
Background Check - Still waiting 2 months since last news (automated systems says background check has not yet started)
Seems to be hung at this stage with no progress since medical was approved in March
we’re still waiting anxiously

We’re on the same boat as you,my wife’s in Brazil and we stopped seeing any progress on our application since medical approved. I read that in many cases, the delay is with the countries of origin of the applicant in sending basic information or responding to the background check requested by (IRCC) but we can’t say for sure. Brazil immigration system is notorious for being slow in getting things done, Their government is trying to implement a new immigration law that will reshape regulations but for now there is a lot of frustration towards the local bureaucracy or towards slow and inefficient services even for getting just a passport done.

Yes, I’m the principal applicant and it’s the first email I received (bar the GCKEY messages).
ECAS is notoriously strange when updating, it can be ahead of GCKEY or miles behind. Did nothing pop up in there when you originally got the additional doc request?
When you already have a representative on your file, can you contact CIC in any way to ask if they are actually waiting for me to submit anything to continue processing of my application?

Starting January 2019 biometrics is mandatory. We submit ours just in time so we’re hoping we made that timeline.
So far the automated systems tells it won’t be required but who knows I guess it could change. If so I will post here and let you know.

- We received application for permanent residence on September 7, 2018.
- We sent correspondence on December 20, 2018. If has not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please have do so as soon as possible. Please wait until receives the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
- We sent a letter on February 5, 2019. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
- We sent medical instructions on February 19, 2019. To avoid delays, please provide us with the information requested as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
- Medical results have been received.
- We sent correspondence acknowledging receipt application(s) on March 8, 2019.
