Hi All,

I just need a little help.

I'm the sponsor and I linked the application to my account 2-3 weeks back (before I had a representative, I removed her and I am now the unpaid representative). However, I'm not able to see any sort of messages (like the medical was received and so).

I called IRCC and I was told that only my wife can see those messages. Do I need to create an account using her email address which is on file? Do you have an idea what I'm doing wrong here or is it a technical issue.

Did you check ECAS?
I can login with all of my details (Sponsor) and see the status of whether medical was received, etc.

I did and I can see medical received there, but some updates do not show up in ECAS like SA.

Can you see PPR update in ECAS and download all the associated documents from there?

If you need to see the SA details in ECAS then you have to login with sponsor details.

1 week to 30 days in normal case . Seeing your timeline it looks like you may get it the same day back

Well considering it will be at VFS in Manila, I doubt it will go fast
