Is that kind of par for the course no matter what office is handling the PPR?1 week to 30 days in normal case . Seeing your timeline it looks like you may get it the same day back

A quick question, Can you see any updates after medicals received?Did you check ECAS?
I can login with all of my details (Sponsor) and see the status of whether medical was received, etc.
https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?app=ecas&lang=en
Sorry for the confusion, I tried to login ECAS using the application number and my details (Sponsor) and was able to see the SA result.A quick question, Can you see any updates after medicals received?
I tried using the UCI and Principal Applicant's details to login ECAS, the last update I can see is only medicals received. When you enter using Sponsor's details, can you please let me know what form of Identification type do you enter (same UCI as PA)?
Most say ECAS is faster. However, for me, my medicals passed on GCKEY before ECAS updated to say Medicals received.anyone who has access to ECAS as well as GCKey, please help me out. Does both the sources (GCKey & ECAS) show the same updates or does the GCKey gets updates faster or vice versa? Thanks in advance.
Thanks JoshC,You can contact CIC via the webform on:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp
You could also call +1 888 242 2100, ideally on a Thursday or Friday as they are the best days to get through.
I think we might have gotten AOR2 kind of....but not sure?I got exactly the same today 3 times! I hope we get some news next week!
When you enter sponsor, you should use sponsor's UCI, DOB and country. UCI is different for sponsor and PAA quick question, Can you see any updates after medicals received?

Hi, I'm new to the forum, I'm from Colombia, my husband is from Canada and this is my ECAS:
We received your application for permanent residence on December 4, 2018.
We begin to process your request on February 21, 2019.
We send you correspondence on February 1, 2019. If you have not yet provided the requested information or documents, do so as soon as possible. Wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, since the correspondence will summarize all the information that is required
I already paid for the biometric data, the sponsor was approved, I already paid for the security study (Risk Management) and the embassy asked for a copy of my marriage letter, but they did not ask for medical exams, someone can tell me what happens next.
Thank
You know how much longer I should wait. You can expect maybe a few more weeks to hear for the medical request (PA will get it) and then once they receive it and it's been added to your GCKEY, they will send your application to your local visa office.
Yes if you're outside Canda that number will also work as it links you through to the +1 800 number. Thanks JoshC,
I didn try to contact CIC via web form before, but again, no reply or nothing..
I am applying outside of Canada, do I still dial that number?
Because I am also seeing other suggestions to dial +1 613 944 4 000 if you are outside Canada
?
I got the same during the weekend. But I didn’t get pre arrival. Did the applicant get it? Great for you tho!I think we might have gotten AOR2 kind of....but not sure?
It now says on ECAS under PA Sections: We started processing [my hubby's name] application on March 8, 2019.
It wasn't there before! I hope that's what it means and that why we had ghost update last week! The next day we got the Pre-Arrival Services email.
Congrats to both of you, hopefully, DM will come soon. @chikki282 has your eligibility section on GCKEY changed to complete?I got the same during the weekend. But I didn’t get pre arrival. Did the applicant get it? Great for you tho!
I hope to get another ghost update now
