Hello everyone,
Got a similar message yesterday like yolo1989 above:

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada.
In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:

> Proof of Relationship: Please provide additional proof of relationship with translations either in English or French as applicable. Acceptable documentation includes: evidence of joint bank, trust, credit union or charge card accounts; jointly signed residential lease, mortgage or purchase agreement, insurance and/or beneficiary forms. Letters, printed text messages, emails or social media conversations between you and your sponsor. (maximum 10 pages). Documentary evidence of financial support between you and your sponsor and/or shared expenses. Proof of visits, such as airline ticket coupons or used boarding passes, photocopies of pages of passport showing entry-exit stamps supporting visit).

This must be received at this office by: 2019/04/07

In order to continue processing your application we require the documentation identified above.

PA is from India. File transfer to Mississauga VO.
We thought we had submitted everything we had..maybe not sufficient enough or it's just that they need proof of ongoing relationship post submitting the application up until today. From the above mentioned acceptable documentation, all we have is our Whatsapp call history and chat logs (screenshots/time stamps), greeting card sent by PA to me. Due to my work constraints, we could only spend 3 weeks post our marriage, so nothing much in terms of joint bank, mortgage, shared expenses etc. Will just the social aspect of our relationship be good enough ?

Any feedback or guidance is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

HELLO November 2018 fams!

I'm happy to say that we received a notice on GCKEY for pre-arrival services!!!

Once the panel physician submit the medical over to Mississauga (hopefully next week), we should be getting DM very soon I think!!

Will keep you all posted once the medical has been submitted.

Soooooo excited!!!

Do you have any Paypal transactions or anything like that? Western Union showing you've sent funds over to your spouse or vice-versa? Did either one of you take out any life insurance with both your names on it? These kinds of things they can accept but yes you can also submit more proof of the relationship such as chat logs through facebook, whatsapp, instagram etc.

Congrats!

Prearrival means your eligibility checks are complete. DM is made when background checks are competed followed by PPR.

The process seems to have so many different routes it can take

Guys need your help, my wife's passport (she is PA getting sponsored) is expiring June 2019, now our documents are in Local Visa Office, what we have to do now? Most likely our file will no be finalized before June 2019.

I renewed mine and did the express service in the UK. It was here within a week and I updated it with the web form - no issues and it was updated by the time I had biometrics and medical.

Yes, my hubby was the one who got the Pre-arrival services letter. I doubt he's actually going to use it but it's good to know that the process is almost complete for us. Maybe you'll be getting the pre-arrival services letter very soon!

In my wife's country, it takes 3 months to change the passport. ANd she just passed her biometrics and medicals with her current passport.

No problem with that, be sure, that before issuing the visa IRCC has a copy(uploaded via web form) of her new passport
