Ecas on FEB 1st 2019 : Decision made , we have sent correspondence on regarding this .
Medical requests: Feb 5th
Medicals done on Feb 12th
Medicals received and says you have passed medical exam on feb 16th

Even though it says decision made sent correspondence , even now I did not get any mail regarding SA . Any one have similar situation? :(

Emails are always delayed a day or so from ecas/gckey. Totally normal. Just be glad u received ur medical already. Most of us are still waiting.

Still haven't receive the SA email either. We got biometric request which is now approved. I guess for some the SA email might never come.

I had same update on ECAS ( Decision made ) this morning . I called IRCC this morning to inquire about it and they confirmed it is now Sponsored approved ( SA) and should move to next stage .So Don't worry much on it , if you haven't got any communication on it as yet , Having said it will be good for you to call and check which VO is your file transferred to Mississauaga or PA's country VO.

To answer your previous question about when was my application couriered,
The application was delivered to Citizenship & Immigration Canada Family Class, 49 Dorchester Street, Sydney, Nova Scotia B1P 5Z2 Canada on November 1, 2018 at 3:08 p.m. and received by Macleod.

I called them and they updated me relatively quickly. Thursday & Friday are the best days to call.

If you can't get through, you can contact them via the web form:

  1. Click Tell us more.
  2. Choose Yes for the "Have you submitted an application for" question.
  3. Choose No for the "Is your application being processed outside Canda?" question.
  4. Click the go-to web form button.

  6. Fill all of the details in. However, in the application number box, put your receipt number in.
  7. For your enquiry, ask them if they can update you on your application as you've now been waiting nearly 4 months for AOR.
You'll get a reply within 7 days and they will provide an update.

My hubby just received an update about Medical but it's weird:

Review of medical results We are reviewing the results of your medical exam.

We haven't done a medical yet? I know the last medical we did for our last medical exam has already expired?

What does it mean?!?! :confused:o_O:eek:

It changes to that right before they request the medical. Expect the request within a couple of days.

I was just posting about this on the December thread! Two of us over there are in the exact same position. I think something wacky is going on with GCKey today... o_O

Did you by any chance submit an application for this one that's currently being processed? We withdrew one a couple of years ago....

May carefully check SPAM folder of both emails
