No I haven't received the pre arrival kit yet. And I see for some they never sent a pre arrival kit at all.

May I ask what visa office your case was transferred to?
Next they will define pa eligibility and do background check. If all good and no news of interview, they will issue pre arrival letter...

So, my file was transferred to New Delhi, I just recently received "Invitation to pre-arrival", Does this mean i will be receiving my passport request pretty soon.

No I haven't received the pre arrival kit yet. And I see for some they never sent a pre arrival kit at all.

I hope they finish this processing before the 12 months timeline.

I just checked my ecas status, it shows as "decision made" under Permanent Residence Application Status heading. I hope it means i am towards the end of the processing.
