Anyone here knows how much time will it take for New Delhi Visa Office to process the application.??

By the way this is my time line.
Application Received (Sydney): November 16, 2018
AOR 1: Complete
Medical Test request: Complete
SA decision: Complete
Eligibility : Complete
Medical Results Received: Complete
Medical Test passed: Complete
File Transfer : July 26, 2019

AOR2: Waiting for this at the moment.

Background Check : In Progress

You never know but on average it takes 3-5 months.
My application received date is November 1st 2018 and it's now with New Delhi High commission. It was transferred to Delhi in April and there no update from them. It's been 4 months.

I hope yours will move faster.

So the last thing I received was an email from Mississauga visa office stating my file is going to be transferred to NDVO around the 1st week of April 2019.

My husband or I never received an notification from New Delhi Visa Office that they have received my file.

However, on my ECAS it reads started processing on 24 April. So you can count that as AOR2.

Does this mean Delhi has received and started processing.

Yes, if you have already received an email stating your file will be transferred to NDVO.

Have you sent your passport? Any update on the status of your passport?

Yes, I sent my passport on 26th of July and today (8th of August) I got an email that my passport is finished processing and has been dispatched from New Delhi Visa office.

At last my Spousal PR process is done, today my wife received my passport with visa stamped along with the COPR. Thanks to everyone for sharing their experiences.

I am not quite sure if i have to do anything about it, or is it just for information purposes.

Yes, if you have already received an email stating your file will be transferred to NDVO.

May I ask what visa office your case was transferred to?
Next they will define pa eligibility and do background check. If all good and no news of interview, they will issue pre arrival letter...
