BTW question.....if my file is still sitting in Sydney 3 months since they have received it....should I be concerned? or is this normal?

Just a quick update, apparently our medical has been submitted to CIC as per the medical office receptionist. This remains to be seen though, gonna keep an eye on GCKEY and ECAS.

Dates for SA and Medical Requested are the same for us.

In my case medical requested on Feb 19, was done on March 02 and it took the hospital 9 days to submit medical reports. IRCC have the medical reports since Monday morning (March 11) and there has been no update till now.

Also, no update on which office my file will be going to.

Nothing for me yet, even though our file was transferred on Feb 27 and I'm pretty sure they have it now, we're still stuck on the medical stage.

Medical req 7th March 19
Additional wedding pictures requested on 12th March 19
Medical done 13th March 19
Proof of medical sent on 14th March 19
Additional pictures sent on 14th March 19

I have emailed it to the email address mentioned in the final notification received from IRCC.

Initially with the application we have already submitted around 21 pictures and now emailed more 22 pictures showing different rituals.

I have few questions:

1. Do I still need to post the hard copies?
2.I tried to submit the same picture through a form however I couldn't send all due to limitations 3.5 MB. Do I send another form with the rest pictures?
3. Will I see a confirmation from IRCC receiving documents in an email or on the account?

you dont have to send through mail and unfortunately they dont send any acknowledgement. The only way to confirm with them is contacting the call center

None, our GCKey didn't update at all. Our ECAS just updated to 'decision made'.

As regards to the sponsor getting the email, we did list each other as representatives, so that may be why
